Jenae is dedicated to helping women and men move confidently through every season of life. As a certified Pilates and cross-training coach, she designs personalized programs that meet clients where they are—whether returning from injury, preparing for pregnancy or postpartum recovery, navigating midlife changes, or pursuing athletic goals. Her approach combines precise movement principles, functional strength work, and practical progressions so bodies become more resilient, mobile, and capable over time.
Jenae believes training is not one-size-fits-all. She coaches with attention to individual history, daily demands, and long-term aspirations, teaching clients how to adapt workouts to changing schedules, energy levels, and life priorities. Her sessions emphasize safe alignment, breath-driven control, and thoughtful progression, empowering clients to move with greater ease, confidence, and purpose.
