What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that your schedule is valuable and so is Jenae`s. Please cancel 24hrs prior to your session to be able to reschedule your session. If not, you will be charged a 100 percent of your session cost.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
What is your sickness/weather policy?

I will always reschedule a session if you are dealing with sickness this includes any illness symptoms. Please immediately reach out to me so that we can move your session. If you do not notify 2 hours prior to your session and you are already sick, you will be charged a 100 percent of your session.
Inclement weather will always be considered and you will be personally contacted of the studio closure. Your safety is my utmost priority.
